step two - recruitment

No one knows your best and brightest high school students better than you. We allow each district to recruit these students personally to ensure the proper example is set to those influenced by our program. It also ensures the district has a long term proven track record of the character of each student mentors.

step 3 - empower

Our next visit to your district will likely occur on our EMPOWER DAY. The EMPOWER DAY will be our day to focus on the development of those High School students your district deemed appropriate for a mentor position on our team. This day will include 2 separate phases.

Phase one - Engage

During this phase we engage with your best and brightest through activities and group discussion in order to build trust, cohesion and discover potential in each mentor. This phase will often times include special guest mentors such as Community Leaders, Collegiate Athletes and/or other persons of influence who have exceptional reputations of good character.

Phase two - Empower

After engaging and connecting with the potential mentors, we will empower them through introspective discussion and training specific to your districts needs. All training will be conducted by our professional staff of Empowerment Team Leaders.

step 4 - impact

We will then facilitate the opportunity for your district’s new life changing High School Mentors to provide a positive impact in a large variety of ways.

  • Reading to the younger students

  • Group activities

  • Recess buddies

  • Lunch pals

  • Morning greetings

  • Acting with Character Excellence recognition awards

  • and much more

We will also utilize your district high school’s maximum influencers who demonstrate excellence in character, by holding a panel discussion assembly, in an effort to encourage good behavior and character skills in the 3rd thru 5th grade students.

alternative serve days

Sometimes knowledge isn’t enough. We recognize in some districts the need is something more tangible than good grades or improved effort. In districts where the needs are even more basic we will prove our flexibility by adapting and addressing those needs head on. We will utilize our Corporate partners to help collect the goods needed, such as backpacks, winter coats, shoes or school supplies. We will then utilize the HS Mentors to help gather and distribute the goods to the students in need, forging a unique bond between the youngsters and their older counterparts which we believe will pay massive future dividends for both of the individuals.

step 5 - continued service

After the initial IMPACT days, your district can schedule return visits of both, your HS Mentors and our E-Team leaders.

Our E-Team Leaders will observe and manage the HS Mentors to minimize the amount of stress put our your school’s resources.
