Flexible Methods
Since students are different, they respond to different forms of mentoring. We provide mentoring in many forms. This ensures that no matter whether a student responds to playtime mentoring, classroom mentoring or various forms of interactive mentoring that student will be responsive to the influence of our mentors.
Follow Up
Mentors Empowered will put feedback cards in the hands of every single student as well as faculty and staff. We will also have various time sensitive surveys sent to your school faculty to better gauge the short- and long-term effects of our visit and/or ongoing program as well as provide data for the improvement of our program in the future.
Dynamic Team
Our Mentor Leadership groups that will be equipping your exemplary high school students for their service in your district will be made up of three potential elements 1. One or more World Class Empowerment Coaches from our staff. 2. Exemplary Collegiate Athletes from a local university that are hand-picked to match the expected demographics relevant to students being impacted. 3. Successful people of all ethnicities and backgrounds will be utilized when possible to give the students even a more diverse experience. These team members could include leaders in the world of business, community or even professional sports who share some common ground with the students being equipped to serve.
